Tinkering is to find innovative and creative solutions toproblems which may be local or global in nature.
How does Tinkering Work?
- Identifying the problem
- Thinking out of the box and generating multiple ideas
- Testing those ideas
- Zeroing on one idea
- Adding technology to this idea and giving it a proper shape
- Having a real time solution as a project/prototype
What do the students learn?
Module I- Digital Literacy:- Understand the basics of using computers and becoming digitally safe.
Module II- Ideation :- Generate multiple ideas for a problem.
Module III- Design Thinking :- Process to refine ideas and giving them proper shape.
Module IV- Computational Thinking :- Process to convert the idea into the prototype.
Module V- Physical Thinking :- Process to convert prototypes to real projects.
